I would like the business logic layer to change Cassandra client port in configuration. Change should be applied for both Catalog and obaording.

Add to configuration.yaml to Cassandra section port, update erb too
Use new port in CassandraClient class (BE) - if no port in configuration file use default port 9042
Use new port in SdcSchemaUtils ( asdctool)- if no port in configuration file use default port 9042

Configure cassandra port to to non-default value and run sanity tests
