Introduce Generic Artifact Browser SDC UI

      • A button with magnifier icon is added to SDC's VF screen of Deployment Artifacts.
      • Magnifier button should only be visible for VES_EVENTS type of artifact.
      • When magnifier button is clicked, then GAB will show up in pop-up window.
      • Columns headers should present friendly names instead of paths.
      • GAB should use predefined paths and friendly names:
        • Action: event.action[2]
        • Comment: event.comment
        • Alarm Additional Information: event.structure.faultFields.structure.alarmAdditionalInformation.comment
      • GAB should use the VES_EVENTS artifact's file name to make a call to backend
