As a service designer I would like to have the ability to drag&drop for upload TOSCA base file in addition to HEAT based one.

in the display we should omit now the HEAT option since the drag and drop for upload will supports both HEAT and TOSCA.

when doing Select file we should see both .zip and .csar files.

by selecting the files, BE will decide the type of package loaded into the system and validate the format (CSAR and TOSCA descriptor format)
