in case there are expanded capabilities and user sorts the bigger table (i.e. the capability columns) - sort will be done and all capabilities needs to be auto collapsed

steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new service 
2. Create new capabilities property 
3. Click on the left side arrow for expand them 
4. Sort one of the column of the bigger table
