SDC uiSanity test has started failing on July 2nd between https://jenkins.onap.org/view/sdc/job/sdc-master-csit-uiSanity-testng/816 (last successful) and https://jenkins.onap.org/view/sdc/job/sdc-master-csit-uiSanity-testng/817 (first failing)

There are two test cases that are always failing, and in addition a few more are failing randomly. 

The only change to implementation between these two is https://gerrit.onap.org/r/#/c/sdc/+/86626/

Dublin branch isn't affected, this is only happening in master.
