Unnecessary 'ALTER' command in the init_schema.cql file.

      In the init_schema.cql file at line 45 is a command to adding the RESOURCE_TYPE column to packages_details table.

      At line 7 of this script this column is already created during the creating the packages_details table, so the 'ALERT' command ends with an error (more details in the log file).
