Transformation of customized Node Types for PNFD

      The types that SDC supports are defined in configuration files and loaded at install/upgrade time of SDC. It does not appear then to be possible to define custom types i.e. types unknown by SDC, in the descriptor although this is required by SOL001.

      The customized Node Type should extend from "tosca.nodes.nfv.PnfExtC".
