Package Handling - fix the reading of SOL004 package manifest

      Currently the manifest reading for SOL004 packages is ignoring the authenticity and integrity data.

      Read entries "Algorithm" and "Hash" that can follow a "Source" and also the manifest signature. Those entries are defined in gs_nfv-sol004v020601p.pdf item 5.3.
