When user logs in as admin (demo or jh0003) and accesses to SDC, screen automatically jumps to invalid (non-operational) page after a few seconds.

Found version: 1.6-STAGING-latest (as of Dec 13th 2019 JST)

Scenario to reproduce:

1. log in as admin user (jh0003)
2. wait for 3-5 seconds
3. automatically jumps to blank page and user cannot operate anymore.

login as admin => => 3-5 seconds later =>

Workaround:

• Manually navigate to url #!/adminDashboard

This issue might relates to SDC-2258 splash screen automatic closing logic.
