We've finished an ONAP offline installation procedure,but SDC-BE still in a fail state.

According to pod description,sdc-be could't pass a healthcheck by ready_probe.sh script.

Liveness: http-get https://:8443/sdc2/rest/healthCheck delay=120s timeout=5s period=10s #success=1 #failure=3
Readiness: exec [/var/lib/ready-probe.sh] delay=60s timeout=5s period=10s #success=1 #failure=3

Error 503 service unavailable
