CSIT for sdc-dcae-d is failing in master and should be brought up to date:

• cs0008 should be used for all SDC operations
• sdc_interface.robot should be updated to correspond testsuite/robot/resources/sdc_interface.robot
• Actual sdc-dcae-d parts of the test case are partially obsolete in Frankfurt and will be more so in Guilin so should be adjusted accordingly (this may mean even removing the entire CSIT case)
