Component composition isn't checking instance relationship boundaries

      SDC is not checking for the boundaries of a relationship, the min and max allowed of a relationship type, allowing just one relationship of a type per instance.

      This is not currently allowed using the dependsOn tosca.nodes.Root relationship and it should because the max number of that type of relation is UNBOUNDED (unlimited).

      It should allow the following example using the relationship dependsOn tosca.nodes.Root:
