After the creation of a VF or Service the object should be visible in the SDC "Home" Dashboard and should be listed via the API call:

/sdc1/feProxy/rest/v1/followed

In some cases this is not working and the objects are only visible in the "Catalog" UI and through the API:

/sdc1/feProxy/rest/v1/screen?excludeTypes=VFCMT&excludeTypes=Configuration

It is not clear under which circumstances the objects do not appear in the "Home"/"followed API".
In the Integration E2E testcases this behaviour causes problems, as certain object attributes (e.g. uniqueID, vendorName) can only be fetched via the "followed" API
