SDC - ONAP/Frankfurt - 1.6.4.
I wanted to download the Heat template using the VF Resource view.
What I noticed, this is not possible anymore in Frankfurt release.
(I can only change the defaults defined for Heat stack inputs, and I can upload new ENVs).
It was possible to download all artifacts associated with a VF Resource in ONAP/Dublin (possibly El Alto too).
Checked with Ofir, it is confirmed, that the download button is missing in SDC, for VF Resoruce view. See attached screenshots.
