SOl004MetaDirectoryValidator checks that all the files in the csar are included in the manifest, and throws an error if not, however including the manifest itself in the manifest is optional accoring to the ETSI SOL004 spec.

This causes an issue when a hash is added to all the entries in the manifest - it is not possible to add a hash of the manifest into the manifest itself
