The exported CSAR package of VF lacks the definitions of relationship type standardized in the tosca-nfv specification, such as 'tosca.capabilities.nfv.VirtualBindable'.

First, I imported a CP named 'CP' which needs a requirement with 'relationship' of 'tosca.relationships.nfv.VirtualBindsTo' into SDC.
