During the creation of the Frankfurt Release Note I detected, that SDC has a difference in the ReleaseNotes.rst between Frankfurt and Master branch.

The Frankfurt Note is correct and shows:

whereas the one in Master branch shows:

.. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.

The wrong tag at the beginning causes a failing link in https://docs.onap.org/en/latest/release/releaserepos.html#doc-releaserepos

So the version in Master should be updated to the version of the Frankfurt branch.
In future changes should be only done in Master branch and cherrypicked in the release branches.
