Schema files missing in Csar file download in SDC when dependencies (like network elements) were added. Previously, check condition intended to check for not null (error scenario) to exit the code.  

Recent changes in code returns both null and not null in successful scenarios, to acknowledge both conditions to proceed further with code without exiting. Check conditions are adjusted to fix the bug.
