SUMMARY

When user wants to Create a VF/PNF manually by following the steps defined in Create a VF/PNF manually section, we noticed that in General section there are 2 VSP mandatory fields presented to browse and one is enabled & the other one is disabled though it is mandatory.

Also all other sections in the left panel like Deployment Artifacts,Information Artifacts, TOSCA Artifacts etc are all disabled. They should be enabled as same as in "Create a VF/PNF by VSP import" section.
