SUMMARY

When user enters special characters while filling the name filed under Add workflow step in Create a Management Workflow [optional] and Create a Network Callflow [optional]
sections of Service Design under User Guides, we noticed that it is throwing an error as "Invalid content" which is giving confusion to the user.

Instead it would be good if it throws an error appropriately such as Cannot enter special characters such as: “_”, “@” etc.

But it got succeeded only if user enters without any special characters in the name field. Please find the attached screenshots.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

From the SDC HOME page, click CATALOG and search for a service.

1. Click the service and click Check Out.
2. Select the panel Management Workflow.
3. Click Add Workflow.
4. The Create New Workflow box displays.
5. Fill name field with special characters then click Save
