The SDC frontend does not show the deployment artifacts of a resource anymore.

If a artifact is added, it appears, then disappears if we leave the config.

This seems to be related only to the frontend because the artifacts seem to be there, after a distribution they can be found in the artifact list and they are well distributed.

It's therefore problematic because it's not possible to delete an artifact, a new service must be created
