Wrong sdc-be service port registered to MSB

    • ONAP version: OOM master branch as of Oct.5

      Currently, sdc-be exposes only HTTPS (8443) API port. 
      HTTP (8080) port is disabled and no longer used.

      However, OOM registers SDC service endpoint with the obsoleted HTTP port into MSB, so some clients using MSB (e.g. UUI) cannot access to SDC due to 502 Bad Gateway error.

      MSB registration:

      Issue in UUI:
      Service Creation dialog box doesn't show service templates from SDC due to the communication issue.
