Modifying to apply substitution filters for properties to service itself instead of service nodes.  

The user should not need to select a node to add a substitution_filter, as the substitution_filter should be applied to the Service properties, not to Service node properties. So the substitution_filter interface should be showed when not selecting any node in the composition and not showed when a node is selected. Also it must load the Service properties, not a Service node properties.
