In a VF, when adding an interface operation and providing an external workflow artifact:

the system responds with the following error:

The error is related to the deployment artifact creation that will represent the workflow artifact provided.
The operation is created but the related artifact isn't. Which breaks the CSAR generation and consequently the Certification of the VF.
