Goal:
As part of SDC Distribution Client update in SDC, we`d like to enable Distribution Client tests. We`d like to extend them as well with artifact requesting/filtering tests.

CoS:

Re-enable the SDC Distro Client test pipeline
Add tests covering selective consumption of artifacts
Make sure, all tests are running properly, and that they pass
Make sure, the test runs are stable (tests do not fail due to unknown reasons)
