Import of a service which contains a deployment artifact fails. The method createOrUpdateCsarArtifactFromJson(...) in CsarArtifactsAndGroupsBusinessLogic assumes that component type is always Resource. This would have been a correct assumption before the import service functionality was added, but is no longer a correct assumption as the import could be part of a service import
