sdc config backend job fails as the output of the chef recipe ends up with :

sdcuserinit -i sdc-be.onap -p 8443 --header dGVzdE5hbWU6dGVzdFBhc3M=
{{ --https}}

note the \n after the header

I found that the reason is the ruby method used for encode which seems to be adding these for backward compatibility reason.
