When an unexpected error occurs, the resource creation process called by the Import VSP functionality does not rollback the operation, which causes inconsistency in the database. Most of the cases it leaves the main resource created and inaccessible, not letting to create the same resource again.

This is happening because in the entrypoint of the resource creation, some exceptions are not being handled, and in those cases the operation is not being rolled back.
