The VSP update for checked in resources does not work, as the system loads the VF workspace screen with the new VSP package information, but then checks out the VF which brings it to the current state, not the one with the new VSP package set.

To reproduce:

• Onboard the package etsi-vnf-virtual-linkable.csar
• Import the VSP created
• Certify the VF created from the VSP
• Create a new version for the existing VSP, and upload the etsi-vnf-virtual-linkable-v1.1.csar
  • the difference between the two packages is the manifest entry "vnf_package_version", which for the etsi-vnf-virtual-linkable.csarhas the "1.0" value, and for etsi-vnf-virtual-linkable-v1.1.csaris set to "1.1".
• Go to the Catalog Home screen and update the VSP using the repository icon
• The VF will stay in a checked-out status with the previous VSP set
  • you can confirm also by checking the TOSCA CSAR, and getting the onboarded package at "/Artifacts/Deployment/ETSI_PACKAGE/" and checking the "vnf_package_version" manifest entry.
