When tosca node types are added it must be possible to specify the model they belong to. It shall be a many to many relationship, i.e. a model can have multiple node types and a node type can belong to multiple models

Story includes updating the APIs to accept the model the node type should be associated with, all the way to creating an edge between the vertex for the node type and the vertex for the relevant model in the database.

It shall be valid for no model to be specified, in which a default value representing the SDC AID model shall be used
