It has been noticed that the radio button to select internal/external does not work all the time with previously onboarded packages, if a user selects a previous version of a VSP, the radio button is neither external or internal, which causes inconsistency in the UI Vs what is in the DB (the DB still contains the proper license but this is not shown in the UI)
