Create the API and persistence structure to store a Model imports (base imports for the TOSCA descriptors).

The imports are consisted of base TOSCA type descriptors, using the yaml format.

It should hold the path information for each file, so it can be reproduced in the CSAR package and not need to adjust the imports entry information.
