When the original unaltered VSP package is sent to the configured storage solution, the identifier needed for the retrieval of the package must be persisted in such a way that will facilitate the orchestrator retrieving the unaltered package

Proposed Implementation:

• During the execution of the OrchestrationTemplateCandidateImpl.process() method
  • read the location of the unaltered file from the OrchestrationTemplateCandidate if the UNALTERED_PACKAGE is present
  • where the onboarded package is added to the csar (OrchestrationTemplateProcessCsarHandler.processCsar), as well as adding the onboarded package, also add a new file to directory EXTERNAL_REFERENCE. The name of the file shall be consistent with the name of the onboarded package, the contents of the file shall be the reference to the unaltered csar in the storage solution
