Integration Tests that needs the Helm charts validator runs even with the validator disabled.

Check the ExtentReport.zipand see that assertion error on those tests:

The assertion error is related to an expected response that comes different when the helm-validator is not running.

To reproduce, start sdc and run the integration tests profile:

mvn install -Prun-integration-tests

The tests should not run when the helm-validator is not running or it should not fail.
