The license fields settings in the "GENERAL" tab are all grayed out in a special case:

1. External license feature disabled
2. Create a VSP
3. Drag and drop the ZIP and click on Validation button
4. Once validation is completed, click on general tab
5. Licensing version & Lcense Agreement fields are disabled while they should be enabled.

Workaround: Close the validation result, this brings the Overview panel, click on the "License MIssing" link (in yellow)
