When a model is selected during onboarding of a VSP, do not set the vendor release for a Sol004 package.

This was introduced to ensure the correct node type versions are used at importing of a SOL004 package, however is not needed when a model is selected, as the versions of the node types is dictated by the model selected.

The vendor release is being set in createPackage() method in VendorSoftwareProductManagerImpl. Where SDC AID model is selected, i.e. modelIdList in the VspDetails is empty, the vendor release should continue to be set as today.
