Import a VFC through the UI selecting a more other than SDC AID
The node_type is created in the DB with version 0.1 and associated to the model
Certify the VFC
Version 1.0 of the node type is created, but it is not associated to the model (ie. no edge created to the model)
This results in the VFC not usable in service/resource design with the same model
