In OOM gating tests with SDC 1.9.1 & 1.9.2, distribution is failing in AAI and SO.

The failure in SO appears to be due to the model of the service not being present in AAI

The failure in AAI looks to be due to an error in processing the components in the service csar. The attempt to create the service in AAI fails due to a problem creating the relationship to a component of the service, suggesting the component has not been successfully created in AAI. 

The removal of metadata from the vf_module is likely the cause of the failure to create the component in AAI resulting in the failures seen in the gating tests. This was removed as part of an activity to remove sonar bugs (https://gerrit.onap.org/r/c/sdc/+/121422) as it appeared the fields containing the information were not used.
