re-work the implementation in SDC to remove the need for the move/delete so the package will be stored to minio in a single put operation. This gets around the observed issue in the move/delete and also reduces the space needed during the upload. There is a downside in terms of error handling in a particular scenario, but we feel this should be ok for now and we can see how we can address that error scenario later
