There is a time window after the client (browser) has sent the file and the endpoint is reached. The larger the file, the larger the window.

During this window, the upload status is not updated, because it is only updated when it reaches the endpoint. If the UI query for the upload status during this time, the upload status will not reflect the current upload try.
