After selecting and filling information for the artifact implementation in an node instance interface operation, there is no way to remove it. Deselecting the checkbox will not remove the artifact implementation information. After saving, the information still being sent to the backend.

Fix option 1 (preferred): The information must be erased during the submission if the checkbox is unchecked. This is better for the user experience, because it can rollback the information in case it checks again the checkbox before saving.

Fix option 2: The information must be erased every time the checkbox is unchecked.
