In the service general view, a "Delete" button is to be added to the right of the "Restore" button.

The implementation of the delete button should first ask the user for confirmation and warn that all versions of the service will be permanently deleted and cannot be undone.

If the user confirms the action then the endpoint introduced in SDC-3936 shall be invoked to delete the service.
