Steps to reproduce:

1. create Service
2. add 2x Elements in Composition (ex. Network)
3. declare as Input property from 'Network 0' (OK)
4. try to declare as Input property with same name from 'Network 1' (FAIL) - see attached screenshot

Suggested solution :
always add Instance name as prefix to Input name, except for properties from SELF
