After adding a resource to a service go to the properties assignment screen and set a string property to use the TOSCA concat function.

After saving select the same property and click the TOSCA function button again. In the TOSCA function dropdown select get_input. The input dropdown is empty

but should contain a list of inputs associated with the service.
