When an interface on an instance in the composition view is edited by:

• Setting the value of an artifact property
• Setting the value of an input
• Adding an input with a value

then the value(s) provided shall be validated against any constraints set of the data type

It should be possible to re-use existing functionality in class PropertyValueConstraintValidationUtil to perform the validation. This class is currently used for validating properties on the service itself. 

Where validation fails an error message must be displayed to the user to indicate the constraint that has been violated
