Update the contraints in the UI that only allow property names up to 50 to now allow property names up to 100 chars.

Ensure in all locations in the UI where the property name is displayed, that a property name with length of 100 chars is readable to the user, e.g, in

• VFC properties
• properties of a compoennt instance in service - properties assignment and composition view
• TOSCA Function get_property
• etc

Relax the allowed characters patterns in the backend and UI  to permit the char '@'
