An API must be created to allow the creation of a property on a data type. The implementation will be similar to the existing endpoint for adding a property to a VFC (ComponentPropertyServlet createPropertyInResource)

In the data type component 'Properties' view a button shall be given for adding a property to the data type (similar to VFC).
