When a VFC containing properties with constraints is added to a Service, the value of the constraints can be changed in the Composition view properties modal. 

It should only be possible to assign property values to the VFC instance in the service design, it should not be possible to change the VFC property definition (as that belongs to the VFC definition rather than the VFC instance). Therefore it should not be possible to change the constraint values here
