View interface type in UI

      Create a component in the UI for viewing an interface type. The look and feel shall be in keeping with what is already there (for example for viewing datatypes SDC-4193)

      The following shall be shown:

      • A General page with
        • Name
        • Model
        • Description

      Delete button out of scope.

      Operations, etc., out of scope.
