It shall be possible to:

• Import data type with constraints
• Add a property with a constraint to a data type in the UI
• View constraints added above in UI and in generated tosca

NOT in scope (to be taken in another story:

• Adding of constraints to existing data type properties
• Editing already existing constraints on a data type property
